Plant-based Jello Shots

Ingredients

½ cup + 2 tbsp white grape juice
2 tbsp Califia Farms Vanilla Almondmilk
1 tsp hibiscus powder
2 tsp agave
1/2 tsp agar agar powder
2 oz rum

Directions

To a medium saucepan add the white grape juice, Almondmilk, hibiscus powder, agave, and agar agar powder, and whisk to combine.

Set the pan over medium heat, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes while stirring often.

Remove the pan from heat and whisk in the Malibu Rum.

Transfer the liquid to a cup with a spout and divide the mixture between two 12 count mini heart-shaped molds.

Place the molds on a small baking sheet and transfer to the refrigerator to chill until set, about 1 hour.

 Carefully remove each heart from its mold and enjoy right away.
