Ingredients

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

1 young coconut

Ice

3/4 cup Califia Farms Iced Coffee

1/4 cup Califia Farms Toasted Coconut Almondmilk

Directions

Make the toasted coconut syrup by toasting shredded coconut in a pan over medium low heat until golden brown. Add water and sugar and simmer for 5 minutes, then strain the coconut.

Cut open a young coconut and remove the coconut water. Add ice and Califia Farms Iced Coffee.

Froth Califia Farms Toasted Coconut Almondmilk and pour it over the coffee. Enjoy!
