Pumpkin Hand Pies
These sweet and savory Pumpkin Hand Pies will leave you wanting more than just one! Made with Califia Farms Extra Creamy Oatmilk, they’re great for large gatherings or when you’re craving a simple dessert.

Ingredients
1 package puff pastry
2 cups pumpkin puree
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/3 cup Califia Farms Extra Creamy Oatmilk
1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat your oven to 400°F and let your puff pastry thaw out.

Heat a small pot and add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, Califia Farms Extra Creamy Oatmilk, and vanilla extract. Let all the flavors combine and cool.

When your puff pastry is thawed, cut out circles with a circle cookie cutter.

Place a small scoop of the pumpkin filling in the center of one of the circles and layer on top of another puff pastry circle. Use a fork to form each side together.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes until crispy, let cool and serve!
