Matcha Overnight Oats
Matcha lattes are one of our favorite ways to start the day, and these Matcha Overnight Oats combine that sweet, earthy flavor with an easy, make-ahead breakfast. Win-win!

Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 ¼ cup Califia Farms Matcha Latte
¼ cup vegan yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
¾-1 teaspoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Fruit of choice for topping, optional (we used kiwi and coconut flakes)
Chilled coconut cream or vegan yogurt, optional
Directions

Place all the ingredients in the order listed into a bowl and whisk well to combine.

Divide mixture between two jars or containers, seal, and place in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, top with desired garnishes and enjoy!
