Matcha Bliss Balls
These Matcha Bliss Balls are the perfect afternoon snack for a slight boost of caffeine with deep matcha flavor

Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
10 to 12 pitted medjool dates
1/4 cup Califia Farms Matcha Latte
Kosher salt
Matcha powder, for dusting
Directions

In a food processor, add oats and pulse until a rough flour is formed.

Add in dates, Califia Farms Matcha Latte and a pinch of salt. Blend until completely combined. The mixture should be thick to hold its shape but not too dry, and not too watery.

Roll into 1-inch balls and dust on some matcha powder for serving. Enjoy!
