Lemon Mousse
Light, fluffy, airy, zesty. Made with our Heavy Whip, this Lemon Mousse is perfect for any spring weekend.

Ingredients
2 cups Califia Farms Heavy Whip
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3 lemons, juiced
Zest of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Lemon slices and chopped pistachios, for garnish
Directions

Chill a metal bowl for up to 30 minutes. Add in Heavy Whip with powdered sugar and whip until peaks form.

Add in lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract and whip again. Pour into cups and transfer to the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.

Garnish with a lemon slice and chopped pistachios (optional). Serve and enjoy right away!
