Iced Hazelnut Mocha Cafe Con Leche

Califia Farms Unsweetened Almondmilk and Hazelnut Almond Creamer create the perfect formula for this delicious recipe.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegan dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup brewed hot Cuban coffee or dark roast espresso
1 tablespoon sweetener of choice
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almondmilk, heated
1/4 cup Hazelnut Almond Creamer
1 cup ice

Directions

In a mug, add vegan chocolate chips and pour hot espresso on top of the chocolate chips. Stir the espresso until chocolate chips melt completely.

Add sweetener of choice and stir until dissolved. Set aside.

Into a milk frother, add Unsweetened Almondmilk and Hazelnut Almond Creamer. Froth the milk and creamer until it gets foamy and thick. Set aside.

Add ice into a glass and pour the espresso over it. Stir in frothy almond milk. Top with more vegan chocolate chips, if desired. Enjoy!
