Iced Coffee Fizz
This twist on your typical iced coffee makes for a sparkly, refreshing drink.

Ingredients
3 tablespoons Califia Farms Heavy Whip
1 tablespoon Califia Farms Oat Barista Blend
½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract
2 teaspoons maple syrup, plus more if needed
Ice
¾ cup Califia Farms Pure Black Iced Coffee
¼ cup sparkling water
Directions

To a small cup, add the Heavy Whip, Oat Barista Blend, vanilla paste, and maple syrup. Froth until thick and creamy.

To a large glass add a few handfuls of ice. Pour in the Califia Farms Iced Coffee and sparkling water and gently stir together.

Pour the vanilla bean foam over the top and enjoy!
