Cinnamon Roll No-Bake Granola Bars
We’re elevating our on-the-go treats with these homemade Cinnamon Roll No-Bake Granola Bars. Perfect for school, the office, or to be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home!

Ingredients
1 ½ cup oats
½ cup shredded coconut
1 cup sliced almonds
½ cup raisins
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup Califia Farms Vanilla Oat Creamer
2 cups powdered sugar
Directions

Add oats, shredded coconut, sliced almonds, raisins, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt to a large mixing bowl.

Add cashew butter and maple syrup and mix together. (If cashew butter is thick, microwave for 30 seconds, until looser in texture and slightly runny).

Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and place oat mixture into the pan. Spread the mixture so that there is an even layer of oats in the pan.

In another mixing bowl, mix Califia Farms Vanilla Oat Creamer and powdered sugar. Drizzle on top of the pan and refrigerate for 2 hours minimum.
