Blueberry Baked Oats

Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 cup Califia Farms Organic Oatmilk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Fresh blueberries, for topping

Add all ingredients to a blender except blueberries. Blend on high for 1 minute and add to an oven-safe ramekin with fresh blueberries.

Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes. Once slightly cooled, top with more blueberries if desired, and enjoy!
