Yes, the BIBs must be chilled to 41°F before loading into the dispenser.

Califia BIBs are stocked with all major broadline distributors. Please inquire about stocking at your preferred distributor location. Califia BIB products will be available through DOT in July 2025.

You are welcome to use our BIBs in back-of-house operations such as overnight oats, baking or smoothie stations without the dispenser.

The BIBs have a 12-month unopened shelf life, and a 10-day refrigerated shelf-life once opened.

Califia is aware of the sensitivity regarding nut allergens in large food service operations. We plan to offer a BIB almondmilk product in the future, but we want to be sure that we are taking these concerns into consideration to ensure it is the best product possible for our customers. Califia oatmilk is a great substitute for almondmilk with many of the same applications and a similar nutrition profile.

We recommend serving all 3 varieties of Califia Farms plant-based milk BIBs to best meet the needs of customers. If you have concerns regarding allergens, please let us know and we can work with you to accommodate those concerns.

The dispenser is provided without charge to qualifying customers.

The dispenser is 24” x 16” x 32” and requires standard power connection (NEMA 5-15, 2A) and 3” clearance on each side.
